The front desk was helpful in addressing the credit card issues during checkout, and they were very friendly when I first checked in—especially helpful since I was managing 10 rooms. It was reassuring when they eased my concerns about the credit card, while Carlos was yelling like a maniac in the background, claiming fraud! Like, what kind of 'hospitality' is that?.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but given the service from the front desk team, I can let it slide.
